[net.works] Books on C and UNIX

I'd appreciate receiving any recommendations people might have as
to textbooks or reference books on the "C" language and on the
UNIX environment.  My agency is just moving into UNIX; we are
getting training from Western Electric, and we have the standard
Kernighan & Ritchie book on "C"; we were wondering if anyone else
has had experience using any other materials for training or
reference, either on top of the standard documentation, or in
place of it.

I'll send a summary of responses back out to the list in a week
or two, depending on the volume.
