I think it say something about Ridges software when THEY don't know how to get on the net. Ridge makes nice computers but they're software is really bad!

While Ridge software certainly could use further improvement, this judgement seems rather extreme to me. It wasn't that way when I worked in the eastern regional sales office for Ridge (Lexington Mass). My site was called "rclex" and was connected to harvard (mail + full news feed), lincoln labs (mail), and a number of other local sites. Corporate was connected to riacs and hplabs for their primary news and mail feeds, I believe. The hplabs connection was assumed to be the lower quality link of the two.
