TECHNICAL SUPPORT PERSON NEEDED
United Software Industries, Incorporated, producers of the famous
ASCII Express series of communications software ("Professional" and
"MouseTalk"), has an immediate opening for a qualified technical
support person.
This person should be familiar with the ASCII Express software line and
ASCII-based communications in general. Reasonable familiarity with the
various flavors of Apple computers (II, II+, //e, //c, GS) and DOS's
(DOS 3.3, ProDOS) would also be a plus.
A pleasant, cheerful attitude, patience, and willingness to work with
callers is a must. You will also interface with USII sales personnel
and programmers, as your feedback and perception of callers needs is of
utmost importance.
Our technical support is currently located in the Denver area (Aurora)
but could also be accomodated in the Los Angeles area (Canoga Park).
