There are probably a whole bunch of disclaimers I'm supposed to stick here, so assume they all apply :-) ========================== Service Training Supervisor Supervise operation of the service training group. Requires travel between the northern and southern California training locations on a regular basis. Ensure training of new course managers on existing classes and training of current course managers on new training modules or classes. Schedule training classes in conjunction with the training coordinators. Develop innovative methods to maximize utilization of existing training facilities. Actively work with corporate staff to improve training content and delivery. Estimate requirements for new and replacement equipment. Control the inventory and repair of all training equipment. Conduct training classes on the service and repair of Apple systems. Plan and implement professional, technical and personal development training for employees. Customize training modules to meet requirements of special situations. As appropriate, oversee building operation, security and maintenance. Requires a BS or BSCS degree or equivalent. Four to five years experience in technical training and supervision. Experience in servicing microcomputer systems and technical knowledge of Apple systems is a plus.
