HELP! My seagate st157n doesn't work anymore. On Friday it worked fine I turned off my computer. I went skiing. I came back. I turned on my computer and no disk drive. It will mount, but a cd to it says "cant find od:" The drive does NOT spin up when it is turned on. I checked the power connections and they look fine. The drive light flashes 7 times on startup and then nothing. It is mounted on a pacfic peripherals overdrive. I calles seagate, but I have come to believe that they leave ALL of their phones off of the hook. There are NO amiga dealers in my area. The nearest one is 60 miles and they don't know anything about the machine anyway. Help me! -Erik p.s. I found that all the backups in the world are no good if your disk craps out.
