The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is currently recruiting 
for the following Systems Programmer positions:

SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER II

     Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a 
related field and three years of progressive programming experience 
including one year systems programming experience required.  Substantial 
technical experience in an IBM MVS interactive environment essential.  
Experience in software installation and maintenance, including SMP/E; 
solving complex software problems, and interfacing with IBM support 
center, system dump reading, and GTF tracing are highly desirable.  SALARY 
RANGE:  $38,664 - 57,432.

SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER II

     Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a 
related field and three years of progressive programming experience 
including one year systems programming experience required.  Responsible 
for maintaining IBM operating systems and developing complex software.  
Knowledge of Assembler language, TSO and ISPF essential.  Experience with 
MVS, SMP/E, DFHSM and SAS preferred.  SALARY RANGE:  $38664 - 57,432.
