I am looking for a commercially available Menu/Windowing system for an application running on VAX VMS with a Tektronix 4109. The application will be producing graphics, but the menus etc will be character based. Ideally this should provide C source, be callable from existing FORTRAN code, are royalty free, ihave good technical support and be "a joy to use". I'm hoping that there is some way of having pull down menus which won't require redrawing of the graphics background when the menu disappears. I have a short list of systems that I will be looking at further: - C scape version 3 by Oakland C tools - PANEL plus II by Roundhill - Windows for C by Vermont Creative Solutions - Greenleaf Data Windows. Does anyone have any experience of these or other packages? Any ideas or comments? Thanks, Warwick Grigg
