From: Robert Elton Maas <REM @ MIT-ML> In that case, I envision the executive having a computer assistant to ask for advice whenever the software package doesn't behave as expected or when the executive has trouble figuring out how to do something. After the executive has done something a couple times, heesh will be able to do it without assistance, and some tasks are sufficiently documented that the executive can do it right the first time without help. But in most cases I expect a busy executive to prefer asking his "assistant" for assistance, rather than personally wading through the manuals or online tutorials. Probably this assistance will be in person, with the assistant having an adjoining office, rather than via terminal-mapping as we more commonly use here on Arpanet systems at MIT and Stanford.
