Does anyone out there know of a good PC paint program that will handle most of the picture formats like GIF, TIFF, PCX, and PIC? I have found several, but they only handle BMP and PCX files. I am trying to touch up some GIF pictures that I have and use them as wallpaper and possibly icons for Windows. Please let me know if there are any and where to find them either by FTP or by purchase. Thanks in advance. Jeff Horn
