I'm looking for some information about OS-9 in order to incorporate in a ROM code for 68020 based system as a real-time executive system. Is there any books or journals that I can refer? I also, would like to know any one made a choice in favour of OS-9 against VRTX32 or vice versa; if so, I would like to know the technical reasons. Thanks.

As you may know, OS-9/68020 is from Microware systems corp. I hear they've got something called 'Portpac' for OS-9 development system to develop software in IBM PC-XT/AT systems.
