The particular package I was referring to was posted some time ago on this board (well, mention of it, not the package itself), which included TeX, about 4 megabytes of font files, METAFONT, and drives for Epson printers. The person who originally posted this was Andreas Andra Ralf (andra@julien.informatik.uni-dortmund.de), but I have not been able to reach him despite several attempts via e-mail.
