I have found gcc for OS9/68000. It is located on wuarchive.wustl.edu in the usenet/comp.sources.misc/volume13/gcc-os9_68k directory, and also I have uploaded it to smilodon.cs.wisc.edu, James Pruyne's new dedicated OS9/OSK site. PLEASE! Upload! I have been checking every day to see what new stuff is on his site only to find that the only stuff there is stuff _I_ uploaded.
