I was discussing OSK with someone recently and the question came up whether there was an Ada compiler for OSK. I didn't know of any. Is there one, or is there any work being done in that direction? -- Jim Omura, 2A King George's Drive, Toronto, (416) 652-3880 lsuc!jimomura Byte Information eXchange: jimomura

I talked with someone at Microware about six months ago and was told
there wasn't one they knew of that ran in and was targeted for OSK. I have
enjoyed working in the Ada language at work, however, and have begun work
on an Ada compiler. It won't exactly be ready for distribution next week,
though! :-)
I'd like to hear if any has become available in the past few months.

Current hosts include VAX, Sun 3, and Sun 4; resident development is a future possibility. -- ############################################################################## # Bill Sheppard -- bills@microware.com -- {uunet, sun}!mcrware!mwca!bill # # Microware Systems Corporation --- OS-9: Seven generations beyond OS/2!! # ######Opinions expressed are my own, though you'd be wise to adopt them!######
