I'm looking for some information on contracting in NYC, specifically; what are the best agencies to contact, what's the market like right now for someone with 4 years c/Unix, GKS/X/Motif and all the usual paraphernalia (Yourdon Analysis/Design, ability to learn, speaks when spoken to...) and what kind of rates are available.
