The file is "<IEN>IEN-137.TXT". My favorite has always been the Berkeley UNIX manual page for the byte swapping routines. The "BUGS" entry states "The VAX handles bytes backwards from most everyone else in the world. This is not expected to be fixed in the near furture." -Ron
