[net.works] DVORAK keyboards

Below is an approximation of a Dvorak keyboard.  I tried to use very
simple (ie non-overstrike) graphics so all the mailers may be kept
happy.  This is intended to look like an IBM 55-key typewriter layout
with the letters jumbled.  Of the two symbols in each box the SHIFT
key generates the left and without the SHIFT the right is used.

NB: X1, X2, and X3 are un-assigned for things like <esc> {}\| and the like
    however it is not obvious that there are enough keys for all the ANSI
    standard chars, but this is not important.

According to Eletronic Design of 24 May 1979, P173 and according to
the Dvorak keyboards on the directory assistance positions that
Computer Consoles Inc. sells to the former Bell System, the arrangement
of the number keys (top row) is as follows:

	7 5 3 1 9 0 2 4 6 8

and not

	1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0

as shown in the layout submitted by  RSaunders.TCSC%HI-MULTICS@sri-unix.UUCP
