inventory and receivables needs.
This package run under MS-DOS, on IBM PC/XT/AT/386 systems and compatibles.
Requires 512K memory and a 20M hard disk, as well as a suitable 80-column
printer.
Key features:
o The system is "hot" and online. This permits instant lookup of any
item, with the assurance that the data will be correct.
o Prints invoices, statements, and payment records on plain white 8-1/2 X 11
paper. No special forms required.
o Handles simple inventory control -- quantity, profit, reorder and sales
tracking of all items. Items can be marked as "not counted", which permits
you to "inventory" and track service items that are not expended, such as
shop time.
o Order/invoice entry is on-line and immediate. Validates customer credit
limits as well as stock availability at the time of order.
o Calculates sales tax(s) for multiple catagories of merchandise as well
as multiple jurisdictions.
o Fully menu-driven, extremely easy to use.
o Highly-qualified support available from MCS at a nominal charge
o Expandable to handle payables (late 2nd quarter) for the difference
in price between this and the updated version.
