X Library Reference Guide

A new ASP publication, the "The X Library Reference Guide" is now
available. This reference handbook covers:
* X library functions, macros
* X10 compatibility functions
* X11 extension functions
* convenience functions.
It contains sections on:
* display functions
* window and window information functions
* graphics and graphics resource functions
* window manager functions
* event-handling functions
* predefined property functions
* application functions
* extensions.
The X.h constants, an Xlib programming example, and an extensive
cross-reference are also included.
The "The X Library Reference Guide " is in a handy, portable format
It is approximately 50 pages and retails for $9.95.
ASP offers a series of comprehensive reference booklets on a range of
UNIX and C topics like System V UNIX, Berkeley BSD UNIX, Xenix, System
Administration for System V UNIX, UNIX System Programming, Bourne Shell
Programming, C Shell Programming, Korn Shell Programming, C Programming,
Text Editing with Vi and Ed, Using the Source Code Control System,
Using Netnews with USENET, Make Programming, Using X Windows, and X
Window Programming. These guides are in a handy, portable
format and can be customized to include a company name and logo.
The companion "X User Reference Guide" will be available by 1/88.

like Computer Literacy Bookshops, B Dalton Software/Etc, Stacies, and
Stanford Bookstore or by mail order (add 1.50 for each book, .50 for each
additional up to $5 max and Ca sales tax if applicable) directly from ASP.
