San Jose, CA -- VersaSoft Corporation unveiled its powerful dBMAN V, a dBASE III+ work-a-like for Microport UNIX and SCO XENIX. VersaSoft also revealed plans to make dBMAN V available on many other UNIX platforms. UNIX platforms targeted include mainframes such as Amdahl, IBM and Fujitsu and mico/mini computers like IBM AIX RT, AT&T 3B2, DEC Micro VAX, Data General, Sun Micro Systems, NCR Tower, NEC Astra XL and the Motorola 8000. VersaSoft's dBMAN V is known for its program and data portability and has placed compatibility as the highest priority.
