INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

IMMS was developed for small to medium size manufacturers that
desire the data processing features of a large computing system.
IMMS will accomodate manufacturers of piece parts to manufacturers
of electronic systems to Job Shops. It features a common data
base for Manufacturing, Marketing and Accounting modules.
The Manufacturing module provides L/M's, routings/work
centers, Work Orders/allocations, MRP, Purchase Orders, costing
at all levels, Markrt Analysis, Inventory/WO/PO valuation.
The Marketing Module provides Inventory and NonInv, Sales
Orders/discounts, quantity discounts, customer Ship to/ Bill to
file, sales person file, commissions, sales analysis, Shipping by
Sales Order or shipping by Sales Order/Work Order. Both provide
back-order control.
The accounting Module provides Accounts receivable (Invoicing
from SO file), Accounts payable (from PO file) and General
Ledger. Reports/Statements include ageing, billing, credit limit,
sales tax, cash requirements, purchase history, income, balance.
The author of the program has over 25 years of professional
experience in both Manufacturing and Engineering management. The
bulk of experience is related to manufacturing database accounting
and management.
