The RIBBONINKER is an easy to use machine that allows anyone to re-ink computer printer ribbons for pennies. The density and print quality of the re-inked ribbons are far superior to even brand new ribbons. In addition to saving money, the RIBBONINKER is totally "eco-friendly". We not only keep the used ribbons out of landfills, but the main casting is made from re-cycled beverage cans, the "plastic wood" base is made from re-cycled milk jugs and hand-cranking conserves energy. The operation is simple and clean. The ribbon cartridge is clamped into the RIBBONINKER and ink is applied to the ink roller, from a squeeze bottle, while turning the crank. In a few minutes, the job is done. Variations of the Ribboninker will accommodate cartridges from most printers but to assure compatibilty, make and model should be included with orders. The RIBBONINKER sells for $29 plus $4 shipping and handling and is available from: Jack Schmidling Productions 4501 North Moody Chicago, Il 60630.
