One destination to think about is the USSR. Someone had a plan to ship many PCs there a few years ago and the plan was reportedly vetoed by both the US and the USSR. The US vetoed it because of technology restrictions. The USSR vetoed it because computers can be used to dissminate information which is not always in the government's interest. Right now the USSR probably would accept them. Sending them a bunch of machines might help ensure that the current moves toward pluralism continue and remain. Chris Eliot
