CPSR has just published a collection of course syllabi about
"Computers & Society".

It includes courses in the Social Implications of Computing
from Toronto, Mills, the University of Califorinia-Irvine, and
Stanford and courses in Ethics for Computing Professionals, Computers
in the Arts, Computers in the Third World, and Computers in Education.

Each course syllabus includes readings, suggested lecture schedule,
example assignments, and pointers to further readings.  None of the
courses included is based upon a textbook, but instead upon collected
readings.

It is published by CPSR and called "Computing & Social Responsibility".

This is an ideal book for anyone who is organizing a course on these
topics or who is looking for pointers to materials for self-study.
