[comp.society] Combining comp.society and comp.society.development

I think the charters of comp.society and comp.society.development are quite
different; they are two distinct groups that happen to be close to each other
in the newsgroup hierarchy.  Also, I'd like to keep open the possibility of at
some point setting up a whole newsgroup subhierarchy on technology transfer to
developing countries (if there is sufficient interest to justify this) and
then moving comp.society.development into this subhierarchy; this would be
more difficult to do if comp.society.development was merged with comp.society.
