Two questions:

1) Has anyone purchased a paint program for the Sun? We have looked at the
programs from Island graphics, which are nice but very expensive. Does anyone 
know of any other paint programs for sale? Experiences?

2) Has anyone written a simple paint program that they'd be willing to share?
We need something fairly simple, for interactively annotating images that
have been filtered in various ways. If someone has gotton started on such a
project, and would be willing to share the code, the programmers at our
site could make some additions to it and then send it back. (Remember how
that used to work in the good old days?)
