I have 2 Sun workstations here that support 24 bit colour: a
SPARCstation 1+ with a GX framebuffer and a Sun 4/370 with a GXP.
My problem is that the sample server that comes with X11R4 does not
support 24 bit visuals on these framebuffers.
Has anyone created a server for the GX or GXP that uses 24 bit
colour? I only need the TrueColor visual to be supported, but
DirectColor would be good to have as well.
If you can point me in the right direction (or, better, tell me where I
can find code) please send me mail. I will summerise to the net if
there is interest.
