[comp.protocols.misc] OSI secure networks

  Recently, I read of news that there was an agreement reached
for how to provide security under the OSI reference model.

  Unfortunately not much detail was provided, so, could anyone
who attended the National Computer Security Conference last
month in Baltimore comment on it?
