Does anyone out there have a list of the X.29 protocol ids which are negotiated in the X.25 connecting packet? I know about ITI (Interactive Terminal Interface) being 01000000 Thanx.

Get a copy of ISO TR 9577 "Protocol identification in the network layer" For X.25 the secondary protocol identifier (1st byte of call user data) is used. The table of assigned values is: Octet Protocol hex 00 ISO 8473 (Inactive subset) 01 CCITT X.29 02 Reservied by CCITT T.70 03-3F Reserved by ISO 8073/Add1 81 ISO 8473 82 ISO 9542 86 ISO 10030 83 ISO 8878 Annex A FF Extension
