[comp.protocols.misc] ATM header composition

I am looking for the standard composition of the ATM header (5 octets)

I heard that there are VPI and VCI fields (3 octets), a payload type field (2 bits), 
a header check field (1 octet). 

Is the above correct? What are the remaining bits?
