The copy I got from the Library of Computer and Information
Sciences came with a nice blue 5.25" disk box (empty). When I
asked for the disks they ignored me.

You can get them via FTP from uunet.uu.net in pub/netprog.tar.Z.

The copy I got is from hsi.com, as indicated in the preface of the book.
Be aware that the host at hsi.com is quite slow. It takes me quite a
bit of time to get the 191881 bytes.

uunet.uu.net is the preferred place, in pub/netprog.tar.z (as previously
mentioned). Friends at hsi.com (where I no longer work) graciously put
a copy there also, just in case anyone tries to find it there. The host
hsi.com is a VAX-11/785 (gee, it *was* fast in 1984 when I installed it,
replacing a 750 :-) ), which is slow today, but the real culprit is a
9600 bps Internet connection.
