I think all of us should thank NCSA for the hard work they have invested in their telnet, and their decision to make sources available. This is a great move, and illustrates the way the CS community should work. I expect that NCSA telnet will become the 'standard' telnet used by universities, and industry. I look forward to NCSA telnet running onto of the UMich CITI IP drivers. Cheers, ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Computer Science Department Mark A. Just wanted to add my thanks to NCSA as I sit here at my Mac II running NCSA telnet talking to my Pyramid. Thanks especially for the open attitude about those of us who aren't educational institutions - we need good software access too. Thanks, thanks, thanks! -- Dennis Grittner City of Saint Paul, Minnesota (612) 298-4402 Room 700, 25 W. 4th St. 55102 "Let's just put Ollie, Ronnie, and the rest in jail!"

I too would like to add my thanks to the NCSA people for their software. Well done guys. I believe I missed some postings to this list re 3270 mac ip type software. Could someone in the know let me have some details. Perhaps a direct reply to me rather than to the list would avoid repitition. thanks in advance Kieran
