It took a very small change (but one nonetheless) to get caps 4.0
with patches working on our Sequent. I have sent the diff to Charlie Kim
but hesitate to post it as I don't want to get people confused
about "unofficial" vs "official" patches. If anybody really
needs it send me mail (don't use reply as the internet has been loosing
our mail lately, use the address below). Its just a simple change to
the file lib/abnbp.h.
