[comp.protocols.appletalk] e-mail on the Macintosh

I too am not terribly impressed with Microsoft Mail/Intermail or Inbox.
But there may be hope. I saw an advertisement for CE Software's QuickMail
system which is scheduled for release in May of this year.

It has a pretty nice feature list - distribution lists, sub distribution lists,
multiple files attached per message, mail priorities, specs for writing
gateways, will come with gateway to CompuServe, can generate mail that
is NOT on LAN (automatically print out letters and address envelopes for
non-e-mail mail), customizable address books, zones support, plus lots more.

suggested cost $300/10 users. CE software can be contacted at
515-224-1995.

Disclaimer:
* I have NO connection with CE Software other than as a satisfied customer
of theirs in the past.
* I have NO connection with Microsoft except as a customer.
* I have NO connection with Symantec Corporation except as a satisfied customer
of their THINK Technologies division.

This does NOT constitute an official Apple endorsement or position on
mail products for the Macintosh. This is simply my own information
gathering being disbursed to y'all, eh?
