There is a beta test version of NCSA Telnet which is available to interested parties. If you would like to get a copy, the program is available by anonymous FTP from zaphod.ncsa.uiuc.edu (128.174.20.50) and is located in ~ftp/NCSA_Telnet/2.2beta. In that directory you will find a README file which indexes all of the Mac and PC beta files in the directory. The expected release date is coming quickly, so we would appreciate any reports of problems with this version of the program. Once the beta test is finished and version 2.2 ships there will be about a two week lag time before the source code is released. For those who are interested, this version of the source will compile under either MPW of Aztec C.
