Does anyone know a anonymous uucp site which can get the latest
version of KIP and CAP (and NCSA telnet if possible)? Becase I
am here in Tokyo, I would be very happy if I can use my telebit
TB.

Here's a blurb from the latest CAP INFO file basically saying the anonymous uucp site is now uunet. I don't think KIP and NCSA Telnet are there yet, but you could probably convince the people there to put them up (I don't know how it works)? Note, uunet does charge for its services. ----- * uunet is a "publicly" accessible uucp node that has a large collection of software often only available via anonymous ftp over the internet. For information on how to hook up to uunet if you are not already connected, please send mail to uunet-request@uunet.uu.net (aka <almost any major uucp site>!uunet!uunet-request) or call +1-703-764-9789. On uunet, the same files (CAP files!!!) as are on cunixc.cc.columbia.edu are available with the exception of the shar files. The files are in the directory pub/cap. ----- Charlie C.
