Well, once again, I've moved. Once again, I have to get Macs talking to various other things intelligently. Cayman's GatorBox is a very nice product and I endorse it whole heartedly. Their superb support staff makes the product even more appealing. Now, for the problem: Running atlook from a Sun386i, the only replies that make it all the way back are replies containing more than one entity, for example, a reply coming back from a machine running TOPS. Any single entity replies, such as a LaserWriter, fail to make it all the way back up to NBP on the Sun. The Reply packets are appearing on the Ethernet side of the GatorBox intact, so that is not a problem and I got as far as looking at LkUpReply in abnbp.c and the packets are vanishing before that point. Unfortunately, I am swamped in other work so, before I bury myself in the CAP code, has anyone seen this sort of behavior before and, if so, can they recommend a solution? Thanks, in advance. I suggest that replies are posted for the time being, I'm still not sure about getting mail at this address. kovar@husc4.harvard.edu should be the right mail address if you're willing to risk it, despite the husc4.UUCP that the mailer added. -David Kovar
