[comp.protocols.appletalk] Telnet for MSDOS/Appletalk

rob@uokmax.UUCP (Robert K Shull) (01/13/89)

Is there a public domain/low cost telnet package which runs over Appletalk
and Ethernet through a Fastpath gateway? I've looked at NCSA Telnet and it
appears to support only ethernet hardware in the PC.
Any replies would be appreciated.

NCSA Telnet does support the AppleTalk/gateway combination. There
is a switch in the configuration file: "hardware=AppleTalk".

Stanford PC/IP support both TOPS card and Apple Card for PC connected
via Fastpath gateway. Send query to pcip@jessica.stanford.edu.
