HELP! I have retrieved the "portal" tar archive from louie.udel.edu, containing the MacMH mail handling system. I want to get it running on a 3B2 under Unix System 5. It has been extracted into a whole directory tree, the top of which looks like this: COVER-LETTER MAKE MHCHANGES Makefile READ-ME conf config dir dist doc files h miscellany mts papers Following the instructions, I edited the relevant configuration files, cd'd to "conf", built the "mhconfig" program, and ran it. It immediately crashes, attempting to write into bunches of directories that don't exist, such as sbr, zotnet, support...(etc), in the superior directory (i.e., the one shown above). Some of the directories do exist, but further down, and not all of them. In short, I can't get it going, and would rather not try unravel *everything* myself. The authors went to a lot of trouble to make this work easily; what am I doing wrong?? Help from anyone who has done this will be warmly welcomed!
