[net.jobs] How effective is net.jobs?

I would like to find out how effective it is to announce
a position in net.jobs.  Could people who have placed
advertisements there or who have responded to announcements
in net.jobs please mail me their impressions?  If there
is enough interest, I will summarize the results for the
net.  Thanks.
