I am looking for sample code for a server-type thing under CAP. What I am specifically intersted in doing is writing a BroadCast receiver for CAP, to allow two way communication between Macs on LocalTalk and Unix running CAP. Any help or ideas are gratefully accepted :-) Matthew Lewis, University of Amsterdam Grote Bickersstraat 72 31-20-52 51 220 1013 KS Amsterdam UUCP: mcvax!uvabick!matthew The Netherlands BITNET: a717matt@hasara11 CIS: [73717,3711]

for all that are interested: There is a new version of BroadCast out. It is distributed as shareware : $25 per zone or $100 per network. Registered users will receive the CAP version ! What is BroadCast? What does it do? What are its hardware and software requirements? Wolfgang N. Naegeli Oak Ridge National Laboratory wnn&dsunx1.dsrd.ornl.gov

BroadCast is a tool to exchange short messages between macs and (optionally) Unix hosts running cap. You can get it from the INFO-MAC archives. Joachim LindenberG
