We have several small LocalTalk subnets with several Laser Printers attached to it. Some of these are used publicly some are dedicated. We have trouble to keep accounting who printed what. Is there any software or software+hardware combination that we can use to keep the accounting info for printing ? Would appreciate any suggestions. William, If you can dedicate a Mac for the job, the simplest thing to do would be to run a print spooler. Most spoolers keep a log of who printed what, when, how many pages, etc. Richard Silverman arpa: rsilverman@eagle.wesleyan.edu Computing Center bitnet: rsilverman@wesleyan.bitnet Wesleyan University CIS: [72727,453] Middletown, CT 06457
