The subject line pretty much says it all. Does MacTCP support SLIP? If not, does MacTCP use a mechanism similar to the LAP Manager for AppleTalk to allow for different Link Access Protocols (so someone could do a SLIP implementation)? Thanks, Jay O'Conor Unisys/Convergent

MacTCP does internally use something like the LAP manager, so in theory SLIP could be added down the road, but it sure doesn't do it now. -- Amanda Walker
