[comp.protocols.appletalk] InterOp '89 BOF - Macintoshes in the Internet Community

Macintoshes are found in more and more installations in the Internet.  In 
response to this at InterOp '89 there will be a birds of a feather session 
on the topic of Macintoshes and the Internet environment.  This BOF will 
open discussion on how Macintoshes can be better absorbed into this 
community.  Details that will be discussed included:

KIP (tunneling of IP packets in AppleTalk)
IPTalk (tunneling of AppleTalk in IP)
MacTCP and other TCP/IP implementation for the Mac.
Macintosh applications that use TCP/IP
etc.

Representatives from Apple and other Macintosh network vendors will be 
present.  This BOF is on October 8 from 6 to 8 P.M. the location will be 
announced at the conference.
