[comp.protocols.appletalk] using a Fastpath on the same Localtalk as another bridge

I have a network where I have two LocalTalk segments bridged by a MacII
running Liason software.  I would like to put a FastPath on one of those
segments but I ran into some problems on my initial try.  One of the
people involved in the project was told that you can not have two bridges
on the same LocalTalk segment.  Can anyone confirm or deny this?
