[comp.protocols.appletalk] Serial port and Appletalk port on laserwriter

I have been looking through many mags and newspapers trying
to find a vendor that allows a laserwriter to be shared with
Appletalk and the serial port. I thought I remember a company
that built a box that accepts Rs232 and appletalk, and then
has an out connection that goes to the laserwriter.
