How difficult would it be to write a LaserWriter spooler that provided password protection, a la AppleShare? I.e., you select the LaserWriter in the chooser, and a dialog box comes up asking for your password. I may have to write such a beastie, either by patching the CAP LW server code on my a 4/280, or by writing an application for a Mac. What are other sites doing about LaserWriter Security? Is there any way to prevent people in group A from using group B's LW, when they are all on one LocalTalk network? advTHANKSance Charles H.
