Career Objective
A Systems Programmer position in a small to medium sized corporation.
Ultimately, I would like to be a partner in my own Software/Hardware
Development corporation.
Experience Summary
My past experience includes;
Modifying a large range of Data Base manipulation programs for
Public Affairs Information. This included adding new features,
modifying present features, redesigning the user interface, and
tuning the whole system for maximal speed efficiency on an ONIX
Z8000 system running UNIX V7.
My profession related volunteer efforts include;
Design and implementation of an Anthropological Statistical
Analysis Package for the UCSD p-System.
Implementation of a communications package on a S100 based CPM
system.
Modification of the UCSD p-System's editor to provide a more
symmetric user interface.
Implementation of a floppy disk initialization and recovery
system for the IBM-PC.
I am currently working on a modification of the UNIX 4.1 BSD
command interpreter csh to provide a faster initialization of the
user environment.
Current Employer
I am currently employed by Science Applications of La Jolla,
as a temporary employee, programming a support environment for
their HP-1000 Ada Compiler Development project.
