Yes, all the variables are like that. Adobe's Transcript documentation actually recommends setting variables to be empty strings, so I had to make all the variables check for that. It is of course one of the many patches that we have in the Rutgers distribution of cap. There are also some other patches to transcript and dvi2ps/dvitps compatability for those who are interested. The distribution is available via anonymous ftp from rutgers.edu (128.6.21.9 ; 128.6.4.7) and is: ~ftp/src/ru-cap.tar.Z. By the way, it will be updated to include some recently posted patches later tonight. Rakesh Patel.

The updated cap is now available. Same file as mentioned previously, anonymous ftp to rutgers.edu (128.6.21.9 ; 128.6.4.7) the file is ~ftp/src/ru-cap.tar.Z. The patches include Dan Oscarsson's speedups to aufs, a bug fix to lwsrv in the mods from Boston Univ. (BU) , and one security related fix in aufs and one in lwsrv (for the BU mods). In my previous message, I made a typo. This: There are also some other patches to transcript and dvi2ps/dvitps compatability for those who are interested. Should have read: There are also some other patches in papif for transcript and dvi2ps/dvitps compatability for those who are interested. Rakesh Patel.
