We have been prodding Apple for a long time about this, and the latest word I got is that they are apparently turning the finished code over to a commercial publisher. Allegedly, there are several interested ISVs bidding on it. All that supposedly needs to be done, before it can go into production is to change the "About" box, the manual's cover page, and to design the shrink-wrapping. Wolfgang N.
