I recently got my hands on UAB+ and CAP+, and installed it. Now comes the fun part, getting it to work. I want to make sure that I understand what I think the mix of UAB+ and CAP+ will do for me. I have a MacII with an EtherTalk card in it. The Mac is connected to a LaserWriter. I have installed the UAB/CAP stuff on a sun. I want to be able to print from the Sun to the Laserwriter. It was my understanding that CAP usually is used with an FastPath(type) box. But with UAB using CAP, I am suppose to be able to make use of the Ethertalk card, and I am not required to have the FastPath. Is this true? If this is, are the any pointers that can be given to debug the system. (like what to do with atalk.local, and bridge_desc).
